As they gather for a match, Man Utd supporters ask former players to come back and save their season despite their combined age of 86.

To help salvage their season, MANCHESTER UNITED supporters have pleaded with the team to let go of two former players.

Last week, Juan Sebastian Veron and Antonio Valencia, the winners of the Premier League, were spotted together at a Legends competition.

Antonio Valencia was pictured alongside Juan Sebastian Veron.

Valencia, 38, posted a picture of himself with the former midfield player and wrote, “I met this great player and great person.”

To which 48-year-old Veron replied, “Crack Antonio, good to see you well.”

Red Devils supporters responded to the article by expressing a strong desire to see the two return to the team and help improve their struggling campaign.

This idea has gained momentum in light of Jonny Evans’ comeback to the team, who has since developed into a crucial member of Erik ten Hag’s defensive unit during the team’s current defensive crisis.

A supporter wrote: “New signatures incoming midfield General and a qualityyyyy winger the fans we say hello yeahhhh lmao (wishing).”

“We’re talking now, but I wasn’t sure about Jonny Evans,” a second person remarked.

“He’d still do a solid job for us at RW you know,” remarked the third.

“Veron could play a role now,” suggested another.

Five people responded with “January signing since everyone seems to be getting injured.”

Valencia wore the No. 25 shirt during the legends tournament, which he described as “a great pleasure” on Instagram.

Valencia moved from right winger to right-back during his career, making 339 games for Manchester United while contributing 25 goals and 62 assists.

Under Sir Alex Ferguson, Veron made 82 appearances, with 15 assists and 11 goals.

Next Sunday, Manchester United takes on Everton.
