In the January transfer window, Manchester United intends to offload three costly attackers, including Antony

In the next transfer window, Manchester United intends to let go of Anthony Martial, Jadon Sancho, and Antony.

The Metro reports that Manchester United want to sell Anthony Martial, Jadon Sancho, and Antony because they aren’t making a consistent impact on the club.

Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, was the driving force behind the decision to spend £82 million for the Brazil international winger. However, he has failed to live up to the enormous expectations placed on him and doesn’t seem to be able to handle the demands of English football.

At Old Trafford, Sancho cost £73 million to come from Borussia Dortmund in 2021, while Martial arrived from Monaco in 2015 for about £62 million. The club had to pay £217 million in transfer fees for the three players, and it now looks possible that some or all of them may depart as early as this winter.

It’s possible that Manchester United’s Antony will leave the team during the next transfer window.

Antony has struggled this season, with just four goals and two assists in 33 Premier League games since his arrival.

Another attacker, Sancho, has yet to extend an apology to Man Utd manager Erik ten Hag for his comments made on social media in September, during which he stated that he was being used as a “scapegoat” for the team’s terrible start to the season. Anthony Martial, however, has fallen in Ten Hag’s hierarchy behind summer acquisition Rasmus Hojlund and is thought to be considered surplus to needs.

The Frenchman is among the highest-paid players in the team, but he hasn’t done anything to deserve it in recent years. The 27-year-old has made 14 appearances for the Red Devils in all competitions this season, recording one goal and one assist.

Manchester United striker Anthony Martial really needs to step up his performance to retain his position in the club.

Our newest member, Rasmus Hojlund, is superior to Martial right now, but every time the Dane yields to the Frenchman, the intensity level drops significantly. In January, Martial has to depart from Manchester United.

Antony is almost completely one-dimensional with the ball at his feet, and he doesn’t do anything if he can’t outrun a defender. His shooting has been inconsistent, and opponents can easily predict his moves. Antony hasn’t contributed anything in the way of notable creative contributions this season.

We think that in order to disprove the manager and the detractors, all three of these players need to take action. There aren’t just any players that will be benched. They make enough money to rank among the greatest in the world. Now all we can do is hope that they all recover their form before the impending transfer window so they can all make amends and support the team during this awful season.
