Tim Sherwood calls the Manchester United signing “the worst” for his Bournemouth performance.

Erik ten Hag received plaudits last summer for his recruitment decisions since almost every player he brought in had an instant impact and a number of them became Old Trafford fans’ favorites right away.

Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen, and Lisandro Martinez in particular were instrumental in turning United’s season around following a dismal beginning.

The most recent summer transfer class has encountered greater challenges, and former Tottenham manager Tim Sherwood has criticized Sofyan Amrabat’s performance against Bournemouth.

Sherwood remarked, “I want Ten Hag or someone to tell me why Amrabat is their worst player right now and Kobbie Mainoo isn’t playing.

“He plays football a lot, but he makes bad decisions when he does. His distribution is not up to Kobbie’s standards.

Amrabat began his tenure with the team on a season-long loan, with United having the option to extend that agreement beyond the season.

Ten Hag is now one of the players having a terrible season debut; it’s too soon to tell if he intends to do just that.
